Job Description

Tradewind Manchester are recruiting! Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to work in an exciting Primary School in OldhamTradewind are looking for a committed and compassionate individual to start as a Teaching Assistant in December 2022. It is a full-time, long term role where the candidate will be working with Year 6 classes.The pay for this role ranges between £70-£80 per day.To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with Year 6 pupils as a Teaching Assistant
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
  • Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK

You should also have adequate knowledge of the Primary School Education Curriculum and previous experience of working in a Year 6 environment. The ideal candidate will have key responsibilities that could include helping the class teacher, working one-to-one with certain pupils and supporting the year group in their push towards the SATs exams.
