Psychology GraduateLocation: Oldham, UKHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to FridayPay: £96-£106 per dayAre you a passionate Psychology graduate seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the field of mental health and education We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team in Oldham.Key Responsibilities:Provide support to students with diverse psychological needs within an educational setting.Assist in the development and implementation of individualised support plans for students.Conduct assessments and observations to aid in understanding students cognitive and emotional development.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.Deliver interventions and strategies to promote positive mental health and well-being among students.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field.Strong understanding of psychological principles and theories.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Empathy and patience when working with students facing mental health challenges.Previous experience in an educational or mental health setting is preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive working environment with a focus on employee well-being.Chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.Convenient 8:30am - 3:30pm working hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.If you are a dedicated Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting students mental health and well-being, we would love to hear from you.
