We pride ourselves on our workmanship and work closely with our customers to ensure they get exactly what they require.This is a Temp to Perm role after the completion of 12 weeks continuous work.Rewards- 20 days paid Holiday plus 8 statuary days.(Rising with service)- Hourly pay is £11.01 for 2-10 shift,- 40 hours per week- Paid breaks- Free Tea & CoffeeRole and ResponsibilitiesAs a Powder Coating Operative, you will be responsible for the powder coating of manufactured products using an Electrostatic Powder Coating gun in a spray booth on a conveyor line according to specification. Demonstrating good ability to spray a Powder to the correct thickness range Working as part of an experienced powder coating team you will have the versatility to spray to a good standard a range of products from aluminum extrusions, large flat surfaces and awkward profiles. Ensuring work is completed to the highest quality within specification, complete kit and correctly labelled.* Clean down of electrostatic spray guns and spray booths correctly.* Maintenance of the spray gun parts and booths according to instruction* Adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation* Full training will give on all our plant operationsHours are 1400hrs to 2230hrs Monday to Thursday1400hrs - 2000hrs on FridayAbout YouTo be considered as a Powder Coating Operative, you will need:* Experience of using a manual spraying system* The ability to prepare parts for powder coating* The ability to work as part of a team* The ability to work to targets* Must be able punctual and able to commit to working shift pattern.Ideal candidates will also have experience of working within a similar powder coating environmentFor further information please contact our industrial team on
