Mach Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Advisorto join our well-established client based in Oldham, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7.00am - 7.00pmAs a Parts Sales Advisor at Motus Commercials in Oldham we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:· Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts· Minimum 1 years’ experience·Kerridge experience desirable· Display a high level of customer service· IT Literacy· Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal· Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible. Main duties will be:· We require an experienced Parts Sales Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. · To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners· Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels onthe industry turning· Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements· To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products· Tounderstand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them· To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods· To become a Brilliant Team member withinthe Parts Department· To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.· To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible,or which is in their care.· To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.
