Design Engineer - Temporary Works Based in OldhamUp to £40,000 Annual bonus 10% employer pension contributionElectric vehicle scheme Excellent role on offer for a Design Engineer who has experience with temporary works to join a successful international company in their UK based Formwork and Ground Engineering divisions and grow in their design office. Are you qualified, experienced and an ambitious Design professional with temporary works experience Are you looking to demonstrate your key professional knowledge on a range of projects and join a company with lots of progression available The company is a reputable Civil Engineering and Formwork business with a special focus on design. In this position you will be involved in a range of technical activities including producing designs for formwork product range, calculations to structurally prove the designs and material lists for costing, as well as following department QA procedures toensure high standards are achieved, working closely with the sales team to follow the design brief and produce economic schemes to a given timescale and liaising with operations department over deliver requirements. The role would therefore ideally suit a passionate Civil Design Engineer with a minimum of 1 years temporary works experience and confident knowledge of UK building design standards, CDM 2015 as well as design packages including AutoCAD and Revit. You willneed a Civil Engineering qualification of at least a HND, ideally a degree and be able to demonstrate your technical knowledge.
