Field Service ManagerGas Heating Sector - Boiler ManufacturerOffice based Woking area

Are you an experienced Gas Field Service, Regional Service or Service Operations Manager

Do you have experience of managing Field Engineers within the Gas, Heating or Boiler industry

Managing a small team of direct employed engineers along with a network of service agents UK wide, whilst working closely with the customer service team. Experience of SLAs/KPIs, technical support, providing high customer satisfaction etc.Responsibilities.

Lead Field Service Team ensuring KPIs are achieved & performance maximised through training, monitoring & targets

Work with the Customer Service Assistant Manager to deliver excellent customer service from the field service team and service agents.

Provide technical support to installers and homeowners

Manage service partners ensuring SLAs

Align field service objectives to the organisational plan

Handle customer issues where escalated

Experience

Service Management experience

Managing an Engineering Field Service Team

Gas qualified (ACS)

Oil qualified an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong technical background with Industry knowledge - Gas, Heating, Water Heating, etc

Results driven with strong data management experience

Microsoft Office proficient

Able to challenge & influence change where required

Reside within a commutable distance of Woking area

Able to undertake some travel UK wide

Full UK Driving Licence
