We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our exciting Boots.Com Fulfilment Centre in Basingstoke.Online trading has increased both naturally and also during this unprecedented time. To support our .com capacity we are have implemented a number of initiatives nationally to ensure we meet demand and our customer’s needs. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operation whilst ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.Key responsibilities:• Lead & motivate a large team of warehouse operatives and Shift Leads• Staff budgeting control and setting • Maximise individuals’ performance through coaching.• Ensure .com SLAs are achieved through effective & accurate receiving, picking & packing despatching of .com orders.• Ensure that team members meet performance standards for quality, productivity, performance & attendance.• Ensure the team are kept engaged through effective communication & the delivery of team briefings.• Collate data for your team on agreed KPIs.• Ensure team members comply with all regulatory requirements, eg. Health & Safety, security, product safety.• Maintain an effective handover from the off going shift & the preparation & delivery of pre-shift briefings.• Create a positive ‘can do’ culture.A bit about you…• Detailed experience / knowledge of warehouse processes / flows• Experience of working with IT equipment, controlling use & repairs of IT equipment & resolving system related problems• Experience of working with automated warehouse systems advantageous• Good numeracy skills & able to interpret data • Able to resolve conflicts, maintain relationships & influence performanceA bit about us…Boots UK is part of the Retail Pharmacy International Division of Walgreens Boots Alliance and is the UKs leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.
