Job Description

Production OperativeProduction Operative Duites:

  • Assembling doors i.e. glazing fitting locks/hinges/ door to frame
  • Working machines in the machine shop frames or cnc
  • Working fast paste hitting targets
  • Reporting quality problems to your supervisor
  • Reporting equipment faults to your supervisor
  • Quality checking through the process
  • Using lifting aids ie tipper tables
  • Making sure you work safe and other do the same
  • Comply with all safety rules on site
  • Unloading/loading of delivers
Production Operative Requirements:
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
  • To be flexible and open to change
  • Physical skills like movement, coordination, dexterity and grace
  • The ability to work well with your hands
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
