Job titleCustomer Development ManagerThe main purpose of the job To increase sales & profitability by managing internal sales, customer services and supporting the external sales teamThe scope of the job -Responsibility for the internal sales processes of all three divisions.Key colleaguesReporting to - Operations DirectorAssisted by - Marketing Manager and a team of ten staffSupporting - Sales Director & two field sales staffKey tasksBuild relationships with key account customersExecute agreed sales strategiesStaff management inc. recruitment and developmentManage customer remote & onsite supportManage Sage CRM to improve customer relationshipsManage new customer pipelineMaintain databases of existing customers, prospects etc.Promote online portal orderingMonitor KPIs such as customer turnover, order values, GPs, delivery time, last order dates.Assist with trade showsHandle and resolve customer complaints & queriesMonitor competitors to improve our USPsMarketing via Marketing Manager including -
