Imperial Logistics have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate to join their team.Location: Offchurch, Leamington Spa, WarwickshireSalary: £21,840.00 per annumWarehouse Associate – (Permanent Role) The Role:The Imperial-Group offers tailored Logistics solutions for the automobile, supplier and consumer goods industry. We support from planning to implementation of reliable process chains by understanding all of the needs and requirements and make individual solutions possible.Imperial Logistics International UK is a part of the worldwide acting Logistics Company IMPERIAL Holding Ltd. with about 51.000 employees.The role of Warehouse Associate will include providing a professional service whilst working to exceed customer targets and service quality.This is a full time position working 8.00am to 4.30pm (inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break) from Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required which includes the requirement for weekend working when needed.As a Warehouse Associate your main responsibilities will be:- Carry out pre op checks on FLT prior to shift- Reach truck and Counter-balance driving- Inbound receiving, put-a-way, replenishment, picking andoutbound loading- Ensure that all data input is accurate and in the correct format- Ensure that all work is completed and on time and target- Ensure that all pallet movements are recorded and accurate- Ensure that any customer issues are dealt with in accordance to our standards and- Working to a high standard and in a professional manner- Reporting any accident, incident or near missesAs our Warehouse Associate we would like you to have:Essential- Vocational training and expertise- A minimum of two years’ experience working within a Warehouse environment- A minimum of two year’s Forklift experienceDesirable:- Formal training and accreditationSkills and Knowledge:- Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to excellent internal and external customer care- Ability to use own initiative- A good eye for detail- Professional appearance- Excellent time management skills- Able to use a WMS system and RF equipment- Able to communicate- Possess a willingness to learn and develop.
