Effectively manage your section ensuring that efficiency targets are achieved whether that be in picking and packing, wrapping or dispatch areas of the distribution warehouse

Lead by example with your colleagues ensuring the day to day processes in the warehouse and your specific section are followed

Take responsibility for the well-being of the warehouse and logistics staff

Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager to produce useful reporting to improve operations

Manage stock control and ensure accuracy of inventory records

Work closely with warehouse team to ensure strict deadlines are met

Management of 4/5 Operatives

You will be…

A hands on team leader who can roll your sleeves up and get the job done

Able to work autonomously using resources and support provided
