Job Description

The UK’s leading distributor of consumer brand appliances, one of the 1000 companies to Inspire Britain is recruiting aCustomer Service Advisor. Boasting a turnover of over £25 million, ambitious growth plans, with an aim to double turnover of the business in 5 years.The main duties would be answering and dealing with inbound and outbound callswith customers and dealing with their queries efficiently and in a positive manner. Responding to emails in a confident and professional manner. The appropriate candidate will also be expected to support the rest of the office and assist colleagues as and when required in this fast-paced office.Job Duties:

Deal with inbound and outbound customer inquiries.

Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.

Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies.

Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued.

The ideal candidate will;

Excellent verbal communication skills:good listener who canunderstand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.

Be proficient in the use of Microsoft systems.

Have strong organisation and attention to detail.

Be able to create trust by doing what you say.

Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work and a logical approach to problem solving.
