Lettings Negotiator - NuneatonAn exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person or lettings professional to join a great independent Letting agent that focuses on renting rooms across Warwickshire. Step into a world where your day-to-day involves more than just paperwork and viewings.As our Lettings Negotiator, youll be the heartbeat of our HMO portfolio, ensuring our properties are more than just places to stay—theyre places to live.Your Day-to-Day

  • Champion of Lettings: Lead the charge in showing off our HMOs, crafting deals that make everyone feel like winners.
  • Customer Service Wizard: Wave your magic wand to provide stellar service, turning enquiries into happy homes.
  • Guardian of Compliance: Ensure our practices are as polished as our properties.
  • Relationships: Build bridges and forge friendships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Goal Getter: With targets as your treasure map, seek out success, satisfaction, and a bit of sparkle in everything you do.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A background in lettings, with a special spot in your heart for HMOs (not essential!)
  • A communicator of the highest order, able to chat, charm, and negotiate with the best of them.
  • A self-starter who finds motivation in milestones and thrives on the thrill of the chase.
  • Organised, attentive, and slightly psychic when it comes to anticipating needs.
  • A bit of a legal eagle, with knowledge of property law and HMO compliance (not mandatory, but definitely a plus).
  • Driving license holder, ready to roam.
