We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team of an established company with works in rail, specialising in M&E, Civils and S&T. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be in a dynamic and varied role, offering you ample opportunities forhoning and advancing your Project Management capabilities. This role will require you to have previous experience in a rail based position.This Assistant Project Manager Role will require you to:· Provide administrative support for Project Managers to enhance efficiency and precision in their tasks.· Work with clients to get an understanding of their requirements· Document minutes in meetings and conduct analysis of statistical data· Monitor inventory levels to evaluate resource procurement needs.· Compile performance reports, ranking weekly progress updates· Deliver presentations to team members to impart knowledge on marketing tools and strategies.· Collaborate on data gathering, refinement and interpretation to facilitate informed decision-making and goal establishment.· Nurture client relationships through effective communication to foster rapport.· Formulate and implement action plans to optimize time, resources, and processes.Key Skills required as an Assistant Project Manager:· Be proficient in client interaction with a client-centric approach· Have commercial acumen· Be able to work unaided and with minimum supervision· Have the ability to work within a team· Possess exceptional communication, organisational and planning abilities· Be adaptable to shifting priorities and achieving personal objectives whilst managing a dynamic workload· Have experience of managing a team.Key Attitudes required as an Assistant Project Manager:· Prioritisation of safety· A client-centric approach· A positive and flexible attitude· Professional and honest· Open to change and innovationThe position offers:
