Job Description

Production OperativesA fantastic opportunity to join one of Nottingham`s leading print & packaging companies with an immediate start!Robertson Recruitment are looking for dedicated individuals to work for one of our clients in Nottingham (NG4 area) on a full-time temp-to-perm contract!The successful candidates will be working as a part of a team on a rotating days/nights continental shift pattern.Benefits of the Production Operative role:

    • The ideal Production Operative candidate would:
  • Have great eye for detail and accuracy
  • Have good eye sight with colour perception
  • Have some level of production experience in an industrial environment
  • Be numerate and literate
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have the desire to learn and progress
  • Be flexible, adaptable & a team player
    • Production Operative basic duties:
  • Working on the production line assisting the different manufacturing processes
  • Machine operating
  • Packing, labelling, sorting
  • Quality checks whilst working
  • Stock count
  • Ensuring company procedures are followed at all times
  • Reporting faults & defects to managers
  • Other tasks within the production department as per the candidate`s capability.
