Account DirectorNottinghamshire (Hybrid after 3 months)£45,000-£60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)Our esteemed client, a distinguished marketing services powerhouse, is actively seeking an accomplished and driven Account Director to become an integral part of their thriving and expanding team. This full-time, permanent role begins with a three-monthin-office commitment, evolving into a hybrid work model.As the Account Director, your primary responsibility involves enhancing the companys sales strategy. Youll excel in comprehending commercial and market challenges, assisting clients in overcoming them to achieve their objectives and effectively launchtheir brands to market. Your expertise will extend to evaluating and confidently refining creative proposals, fostering client opportunities, and strategising for the growth of both their business and ours clients.The ideal candidate embodies natural leadership, engaging and inspiring their team to ensure flawless project execution while meticulously handling commercial intricacies. The successful candidate can anticipate a dynamic work setting offering ample growthopportunities and a supportive team culture.The responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, managing the entire lifecycle from conception to print production.
  • Maintain stringent adherence to budgets and project timelines.
  • Deliver superlative client service, presenting effective solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage project finances meticulously, generating quotes and schedules.
  • Participate actively in client briefings and collaborate with third-party agencies.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure project objectives and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Identify avenues for account growth and cultivate new relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and internal teams.
The candidate:
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management, with a deep understanding of various print processes.
  • Prior experience within the Health and Beauty industry is advantageous.
  • Essential background in a marketing agency setting (3-4 years minimum).
