Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors
Preparation of all financial reporting
Manage budgeting process
Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Develop financial and tax strategies
Manage companys cash flow and forecasting

ProfileA successful Interim Finance Director should have:

Qualified ACA / ACMA / ACCA finance professional
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
