Seek out gaps in our offering, remove under performance, pivot our categories and ranges to meet our customer needsYou will be involved in all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from product development, project management, range planning, supplier management, cost negotiation and commercials whilst striving to maintain the integrity of our brand to achievethe business objectives.Keeping the market and customer at the heart of your decisions you will develop a thorough understanding of customer/market needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and possible sources of sustainable supply while building strong relationships withall stakeholders.Product data and reporting will be a key enabler in this role to identify opportunities to drive product performance and success. You will also work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, procurement and supply chain to ensure stocks, inventory, packagingand supplier relationships are managed effectively to maximise efficiencies across the business.What skills and experience are we looking for First and foremost, attitude counts for a lot here at Saint-Gobain Although we do require someone with exposure to working in a similar Product Manager role within similar industry, we are open to reviewing applications from Product Managers across differentsectors as we feel a positive attitude and a commitment to your learning and development are most important.
