Clinical Lead Nurse Alchemy are currently seeking a Clinical Lead for a Nursing Home based in Nottingham The Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and proving care to residents within the setting. In addition to providing care to residents,the clinical lead will assist the home manager with day to day running of the home, adhering to all policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Responsible for all residents, managing their care accordingly Work closely with physicians and other professionals,developing care plans for residents Liaise with the residents family ensuring their needs are met Oversee the care that the residents receive by supervising and evaluating colleagues Update health records daily adding any results/notes ensuring all filesare kept up to date Administer any prescribed medicines Facilitate all compliance, CQC, CCG and Social Services etc. visits / inspections Conduct weekly medication audit
