Theyre looking for someone who can demonstrate a sound knowledge of 3D CAD and development of 2D engineering drawings.WHAT THEYRE LOOKING FOR* A strong technical / experienced background with a minimum of 5 years in CAD mechanical and Electrical design projects* Experience with SolidWorks and SolidWorks Electrical an advantage* Understanding of manufacturing tolerances and drawing standards.* Demonstrable experience in a design environment related to Electrical Panel design.* Devise work plans to efficiently carry out daily tasks.* Able to effectively communicate using both verbal and written communication.* Able to organise and prioritise work effectively.* Able to take instructions with positivity and a can-do attitude.* The ability to encourage others, demonstrate energy and drive to grow with the company.* Flexible and ready to undertake a variety of different and related tasks in the drawing office.* Pride in good housekeeping and organisation.* Willing to support a culture of continuous improvement, identify best practices and share knowledge and skills with other members of the Production Team.* Capable of communicating potential issues and providing solutions / rationalising corrective actions / procedures.
