Job Description

Job Title: Branch Team LeaderLocation: Chesterfield / Kirkby in AshfieldSchedule: Monday to Friday, with 2-3 Saturdays a month (paid overtime)Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DoeThe company is a dynamic and growing company committed to delivering exceptional service to its customers. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring efficient work flow, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This isa Monday to Friday role, with the expectation of working 2-3 Saturdays a month with paid overtime.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Schedule and Compensation:
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8:45 to 16:45
  • 2-3 Saturdays a month with paid overtime.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
