Job Description

Supply Chain Planning Office Trainer - Nottinghamshire (Regional Role) - £27,000 - £29,000 (DOE) / 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, potential career progression opportunities. This role is suitable for a trainee - no prior teaching experience or qualifications requiredThe Role: Supply Chain Planning Office Trainer

  • If you currently work within a Supply Chain Planning office and would like to share your expertise, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to become a trainer. This client is a specialist training provider within the logistics and warehousing sector and you will be training their Supply Chain professionals to level 3.
  • You will be managing your own diary and working from home, and travelling to meet your learners around the Midlands. You will be supporting your learners to achieve their level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner apprenticeship.
  • You will be drawing upon your experience of working within a logistics planning/scheduling office. You will be delivering workshop-style training sessions. Full training will be provided to help with this.
  • If you are not already a trainer you will be prepared to study for your training/assessing qualifications, which will be provided.
  • A DBS check is required.
  • Essential Requirements: Supply Chain Planning Office Trainer
  • You will have worked within Supply Chain in a planning office. You may have been a Supply Chain Manager, Assistant, Scheduler or Planner. You will understand how a Supply Chain office works.
  • You will understand critical supply chain key performance indicators such as inventory, forecast accuracy, plan attainment, customer service, vehicle utilisation, on-shelf availability and waste, quality and value in line with business requirements and expectations, commerciality etc.
  • You will be confident, with good written and verbal communication skills. Maybe youve delivered some training to your colleagues or newcomers to the company, and youve enjoyed it.
  • You will have your own vehicle and driving license.
