Job Description

Job Title: Senior Credit ControllerSalary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits + BonusLocation: Nottingham (Hybrid) Macildowie are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a dynamic Billing, Collections, and Administration team within a well-known business based in Nottingham. If you are looking to leverage yourextensive credit control experience in an exceptional environment, this role could be an excellent fit for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Credit Controllers, ensuring timely debt collection.
  • Organise and conduct meetings with team members and lawyers.
  • Prepare and present debt reports.
  • Foster relationships with clients, lawyers, and colleagues.
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to credit control procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a credit control supervisor or a minimum Level 3 CICM qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • High numeracy skills and a good understanding of financial workings.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with legal systems like Aderant is a plus.
