Job Description

Job Title: Stakeholder Relationship ManagerPrimary / Social Care / ICS Function: Strategy, Marketing & Communications and Digital Location: Nearest SCCL OfficeHybrid Working Type: Permanent Salary: Circa £56,000 Closing Date: Friday 25^th March 2022 NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Stakeholder Relationship ManagerPrimary / Social Care / ICS What does a Stakeholder Relationship ManagerPrimary / Social Care / ICS do at NHS Supply Chain As Stakeholder Relationship Manager (Primary / Social Care / ICS) you will map and develop the stakeholder relationship strategy and create a stakeholder engagement plan across NHS Supply Chain for the Primary and Social Care audience, particularly consideringthe evolution of Integrated Care Systems (ICS).

  • You will be the leading source of knowledge on primary care, social care and the development of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and to be continually curious about the relevant landscape: To include understanding key policy changes, following professionalmedia read by this audience, understanding the issues they are facing and the politics of this group.
  • You will develop and maintain a network of relevant contacts who could offer informal advice and access to the stakeholder landscape within primary care, social care and Integrated Care Systems, keeping in regular contact to understand key issues and changes,thereby indirectly influencing key organisations or individuals themselves, feeding in the key agreed business messages as required.
  • You will play a role in creating the right content and speed of delivery of the key customer campaigns working with Marketing, Digital and Corporate Communications to ensure collateral presented compelling evidence to their stakeholder audience.
  • You will map and understand the stakeholder landscape within primary care, social care and Integrated Care Systems, plusunderstand the key influencers, both individuals and professional bodies reporting on their current sentiment towards SCCL and makerecommendations.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful
  • Extensive knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape, particularly primary and social care, and their roles within ICS systems in the future
  • Experience in dealing with a variety of professional bodies and senior level stakeholders
  • Experience of running and developing boards / professional groups
  • Experience of budget setting & management
  • Experience of developing a comms plan and influencing strategy
  • Batchelors Degree or equivalent experience
How youll work: Currently, all SCCL offices are closed, so for now our colleagues are all working from home.
