Robert Walters have partnered with a leading, well recognised service provider based in Nottingham who are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis to be responsible for supporting the business by producing insightful financialinformation to drive profitable decision making and support the future long-term growth of the business.Key Responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner:You will be responsible for building relationships with the wider business and key stakeholders across the, continuing to develop the role as a trusted partner and commercial advisor to a number of SME businesses.* Provide financial and commercial support to drive profitable decision making and growth* Work closely with operational partners to drive business efficiencies, in both profit and cash* Provide insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance* Lead monthly Business Review meetings and review and challenge drivers of performance* Provide analysis on business opportunities, providing options and scenarios* Improve the financial awareness and understanding of non-financial stakeholdersAbout you as the Finance Business Partner:To be considered for this position you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/CIMA), you wil have strong interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders of all levels, being self-driven and accountable to deliver results. * * Business stakeholder management and business partnering experience* Management reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow* Producing financial models incorporating key business drivers* Strong system and Excel skills* Confident in presenting financial data to stakeholdersThe is great opportunity for a driven and talented finance business partner seeking a senior level position.The role offers four working days per week remotely and would require one working day per week in Nottingham.If are looking for a challenging but rewarding role within an established team, then please contact Robert McShane at Robert Walters onRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
