Are you an experienced Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager looking to step up to Site Management Are you looking to manage new-build and refurbishment projects from start to finish in both the residential and commercial sectorsThis company have been established for 20 years and manage both new-build and refurbishment projects across the East Midlands in the commercial and residential sectors. They have a new £2 million pound hotel project in Nottingham that will run for roughly 40weeks, where you will earn a generous salary and have chance to earn a generous bonus. In this role you will be hands-on, based on site and be responsible for overseeing projects from cradle to grave. You will also be responsible for organising and managing the workforce, co-ordinating sub-contractors, organising materials for the projects andmeeting clients to discuss progress and ongoing requirements.
