Senior FP&A Manager | Nottingham | £65,000 + bonus | 12 Month FTCAre you a qualified accountant (ideally ACA) with an extensive track record in leading high performing FP&A teamsCould you take full ownership of group reporting, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cyclesDo you have proven experience of presenting and explaining the narrative to senior business stakeholdersIf so, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you…We are working exclusively with one of Nottingham’s leading businesses to hire an experienced FP&A Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of the FP&A function. This includes monthly, quarterly & annual reporting, as well as budgeting, forecasting and analysis, which ultimately supports the business partners and senior leadership with strategic decision making. You are also responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of 5 qualified and part-qualified Finance Analysts. As leader of the FP&A Team, you are expected to take ownership of financial results, defining the narrative and presenting to the UK Senior Leadership Team.To be considered for this opportunity you must be a qualified accountant, ideally ACA/big4 background, however those who are CIMA or ACCA qualified will also be considered. You must have spent at least 2 years in a similar role, where you have been leading a high performing team, owning the reporting cycle and presenting to senior stakeholders, within a large organisation. Ideally, you’ll be able to instill a high performance culture with a motivational, coaching and goal-setting approach to leadership.
