Renewal AdministratorThis is a 6 month temporary role, working a hybrid model of 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home. Working 37.5 hours a week on a pay rate of £10.75ph. The Renewals team deals with the annual recurring revenue process, supporting the business growth throughmanaging annual contract renewals.As a Renewal Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the annual contract renewal process, upholding the annual recurring revenue, and ensuring that customer churn risk is identified and escalated appropriately within the business. You will managecustomers through the contract renewal process, discuss customer contract renewal queries, negotiate new terms, review contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Role Details: Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and across internal departments Contact and manage customers during the renewal period Work closely with the internal Legal team to agree contractual terms Liaise with customer success to agree and initiate proactive plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate renewal queries Work collaboratively with fellow team members in the operational finance department Work within month end close deadlines and ensure Renewals are automatically renewed where appropriateKey Skills: Excellent observation skills and high attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Strong customer management skills, internal and external Ability to negotiate with customers to ensure timely and efficient renewal of contracts Ability to streamline processes Works to deadlines and manages time effectively Experience negotiating contracts and contractual terms Experience working with Salesforce Experience of working in a renewal / contracts role Strong teamwork qualities Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
