It is wide-ranging and an incredibly diverse section of the education system. It offers a range of impressive opportunities, is steered, and led by inspiring individuals and offers vast amounts of options to itslearners.As a recruitment consultant within Further Education, you will work with several colleges, sixth forms and T-Level providers on a national basis. Your role is to:

  • Understand their individual recruitment requirements throughout the year.
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers within all your clients over the phone and in person.
  • Develop new relationships with key decision makers to continually expand your portfolio of clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Source, register and interview candidates relevant for each of your clients.
  • Carry out all compliance checks in line with our REC accredited status.
  • Keep in touch with all prospective candidates relevant to your desk.
  • Manage communication and interaction through our bespoke in-house CRM system.
