Property Compliance CoordinatorNottinghamUp to £26,335.65 per annumPermanentDo you have experience of working with property Do you want the work you complete with property to improve the lives of others If you do then our client has an opportunity for you to share your experience in Property Compliance with them working from their Nottingham office.Based near the Triangle they’re easily accessible from multiple transport links.The RoleHThey want to deliver excellent property services by listening to their customers, caring about the communities they live in and supporting people to live the life they choose to live and provide a localised and dedicated service with an added personal touch.Working within the Property Compliance Team you will be responsible for ensuring they meet their legal and regulatory requirements around key property risks including; asbestos, legionella, fire, lifting equipment and radon.You will be a part of the Property Compliance Team, working with their customers, contractors and other teams to administrate and deliver an excellent service by ensuring their databases are kept up to date, orders raised and that they meet their legal and regulatory requirements in relation to compliance.As a values-led organisation, with values that include Push the Boundaries’ and Fun and Fair’, you can imagine the kind of communities they want to create for their customers.About YouFor this post, you don’t necessarily need housing or compliance background but they are looking for somebody who is organised and methodical with a meticulous eye for detail who can adapt and work well under pressure and support the teamthey are looking for someone who:
