Job Title: PhysiotherapistGrade: Band 6 or 7 though band 5 can also be considered with the right experienceTrust: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS TrustLocation: Queens Medical Centre, NG7 2UHHours: Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00, possible weekend working, part time also consideredPay rate: £18.19 - £22.40End Date: TBC but likely until the end of the yearNUH are currently seeking a competent, capable, and experienced clinician who can respond to the clinical needs of patients in a number of linked inpatient clinical areas under a long-term placement contract. Are. They will be working as part of a team andneed to be flexible & responsive. Good people skills are essential and an ability to understand own limitations and ask for advice & guidance are essential.The post holder will ideally have major trauma experience, but the caseload will also include, trauma, spinal, inpatient orthopaedics, and respiratory. They must be able to demonstrate initiative and prioritise a complex workload whilst working both as anautonomous practitioner and as part of a team.High levels of both written and oral communication are essential to this post with the ability to deliver or discuss difficult diagnosis and prognosis with tact, empathy, managing distressed or aggressive patients or carers/relatives.
