Job Description

Position: SSAS AdministratorLocation: Nottingham (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)Our administration team is expanding and we are looking for an SSAS Administrator who will ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of all SSAS business. You will act as an effective point of contact for clients and fellow professionals by providing administrativesupport to the business, and other companies within the Group where required.This role will see you preparing letters and reports and assisting with the collation, procession, and retrieval of information. You will maintain knowledge and awareness of Progeny’s business objectives, the regulatory framework in which it works, and Progeny’scompliance procedures.Key Responsibilities

  • Support new business requirements with processing and submitting SSAS business.
  • Process business accurately in a timely manner and ensure all actions are recorded, diarised, and undertaken, raising any concerns with any associated adviser, Scheme Contact, and/or Line Manager.
  • Act as an effective point of contact for clients and product providers and process all enquiries received, promptly and professionally.
  • Provide technical support to clients, specifically in matters relating to property and employer-related investments.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Administration experience gained within Financial Services/Wealth Management background
  • Broad technical knowledge of SSAS(s)
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulatory procedures
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Client focussed approach
