Job Description

JR are looking to find a forward thinking and proactive PA to support a team of Investment Executives in their Nottingham City Centre based offices. Working within an incredibly fast paced environment, you would be actively involved in commercial deals,collaborating with other members of support staff to fulfil the needs of the business.A varied role supporting the administrative needs of the team, you will be on top of diary management, coordinating events and working on marketing collateral. Working to the highest professional standards, this role will suit someone who enjoys workingin a gritty and extremely polished environment.Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for 5/6 busy Investment executives including booking all travel
  • Arranging lunches/dinners and other meetings and ensuring meeting rooms, catering, restaurants etc are booked
  • Organising conference calls and video conferences.
  • Organising marketing events and offsites, both internal and client events; (managing guest lists, sourcing venues, arranging catering, menu tasting, IT equipment, photographer, travel and accommodation and budgeting etc).
  • Accurate and timely preparation of presentations and reports (including proof reading), using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software to meet internal deadlines.
  • Assist in the finalisation of investment committee documents and other presentations in particular ensuring that documents are in the correct format and on brand.
Key skills:
  • Strong PA experience within professional services
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle conflicting deadlines
  • Highly presentable, friendly and articulate individual, able to build relationships at all levels quickly both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise while paying close attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to use their initiative and be forward thinking
  • Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
  • Keeps an open mind and approaches work in a flexible way
  • Flexibility as hours can sometimes be beyond standard
