Interim Marketing DirectorUp to 3 - 6 Months Inside IR35 £450 - £550 per day depending on experience Nottingham City Centre / Hybrid Working. SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a high growth business who are looking for a Interim Marketing Director on an interim basis whilst they recruit the role permanently. Reporting to the COO, you will take full responsibility for the marketing andcommunication strategies. The role will be 3 days in the office (Nottingham) and 2 days based from home. Responsibilities; - Support and lead the marketing team. - Build a high performance culture and working environment that attracts and retains game changing talent that will transform the business, delivering a change in culture and mind-set that drives us to be truly collaborative and customer obsessed across allmarketing disciplines Agree and deliver the Companys overall marketing strategy, objectives and initiatives. - Designing and delivering the necessary marketing and brand programme to successfully differentiate our offer. - Supporting the ongoing development of the companys employer branding activities. - Agree with the CEO, CCO and senior BD colleagues the focus for the Companys Annual Marketing Plan by market segment and location. - Execute the relevant marketing campaigns and corporate promotion activities to support these. This will include the identification and utilisation of marketing tools for all relevant marketing distribution channels, with a particular focus on digital marketingas a key element in projecting our brand - Agreement of the tone(s) of voice that potential clients across the segments will value and delivery of the marketing activities to support this. - Overall responsibility for the creation and updating of our publicity, merchandising products and company publications, e.g. website content, press releases, blogs, scientific papers, case studies, etc. - Responsible for agreeing and working within agreed Marketing budgets and quantifying the cost effectiveness of marketing programmes by regular monitoring progress and submitting quarterly performance reports. - Lead role in coordinating promotional events/activities and trade show exhibits/activities. Be a principal agent in dealings with external parties such as media and PR, as well as stakeholders and potential clients. You will have; Extensive experience of leading marketing teams A proven track record of creating and owning the go-to-market strategy Proven digital marketing campaign experience with successful ROI Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask Proven ability to manage budgets Data driven and strong reporting capability High competence in project and stakeholder management Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Our client is looking for a someone that has operated at a similar level, you must be able to come in and hit the ground running and pick up all marketing activity.
