How you will do it

Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of Autodesk products (Inventor, AutoCAD).
Excellent drafting skills.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft office products.
Great problem-solving skills
Planning and prioritising skills
Good knowledge and experience of AutoCAD & Inventor
Ability to translate sketches and amended drawings into accurate finished drawings.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Ability to create drawings, blocks, symbols & templates.
Proactive approach to ensure all design work is completed to deadlines.
Willing to undertake other business activities as required.
Enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
Ability to recognise need for improvements to drawing templates, blocks and procedures and lead the change.

Preferred

Experience within electronics & mechanical manufacturing engineering environment
Experience in producing hydraulic & electrical schematics.
3D Modelling.
Knowledge of hazardous area equipment
Knowledge of PCB layout
