Pacific are an IT and Audio Visual Solution Provider with a track record of great service and innovative approaches to business problems. We have a team of support engineers around the country, and now have identified a need for a team member based in oraround Nottingham, due to its central location based on our customer sites.The role will be to attend customer sites as scheduled by the head office team (in Basingstoke), resolving the issues reported with the systems that we support. Examples are to swap PCs and test/demonstrate their functions to users, replace audio visualcomponents such as amplifiers, switchers, microphones etc., and help users make the most of their AV technology.Since we distribute the engineering team around the country, we work to ensure that the support calls including travel are within a typical working day. However, some flexibility can be required, for example, if a room is only available for maintenance atcertain times, or a colleague further afield needs help with a specific task.To be considered for this role we need people who can demonstrate the following attributes;
