Do you ever scroll past the Finance Business Partner job adverts and think I just want a proper, traditional FC roleThis is what Id describe as a proper Financial Controller role. Its one of those positions which at times feel like a throwback in a world where 95% of finance titles seem to have to use the word Commercial, at least once.Based near Beeston. It will be office based Monday-Friday. Its an owner managed business and its their preference in order to create the right culture and team-work. Of course though, if theres a day where you need to work from home due to a boiler breaking,car breaking down, illness in the family etc, then of course, this is given without question. The owner wont flex on the 5 days in the office though, so, we just think its right to be transparent up front.The company is doing really well, you could be thinking oh its just a little owner managed business but, with a turnover of c£26 million, its a pretty impressive one! If you think thats impressive, a quick glance at their company performance over thelast few years despite Covid will show you some truly impressive results. Do you know many companies who were still paying out bonuses during this timeYoull report straight to the FD, who into reports to the owner.
