Finance Administration AssistantThis is a 6 month temporary role, working a hybrid model of 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home. Working 37.5 hours a week on a pay rate of £10.75ph. This role is part of the Operational Finance Team who are central to cash process, supporting the businessgrowth through processing sales orders, billing and management of master data.As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for processing sales orders that are from new business and renewals, create the billing and resolve any queries and maintain the master date in the sales and finance systems. You will work collaboratively with internal departments and directly with customers to support and resolve billing queries. Duties: Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and NetSuite Work closely with the inhouse Legal dept to support sales contractual queries Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate sales order queries Work collaboratively with fellow team members in the operational finance department. Work within month end close deadlines to ensure that key milestones and deadlines are met Extracting sales order information from the CRM system, Salesforce, and using it to raise orders on our accounts system Liaise with Sales, Projects, Finance and Support Teams as and when required Resolution of email queries to a shared mailbox Uploading invoices to portalsKey Skills: Excellent observation skills and high attention to detail Experience in processing sales orders in a fast-moving business Strong written and oral communication skills Good customer management skills, internal and external Willingness to be part of team and team objectives. Works to deadlines and manages time effectively. Experience inputting and raising billing for contracts and contractual terms.
