Theyve been exposed to entrepreneurial thinking, experienced rapid growth, acquisitionsand continual change which has allowed them to push themselves, develop new skills and continually progress their careers.In this role you will be heading up a team 8 people using your people skills and energy to bring the team closer together and delivering objectives.You wont be required to be hands-on with the code, however, any experience of managing .NET full-stack development environments would be useful.You will be used to being the most delivery-focused person in the engineering team, maintaining and improving sprint velocity, collaborating with the wider Product team and managing resources.However, the core of this role is focused on mentoring and coaching the developers, so you must be comfortable leading technical discussions without getting lost in the detail.Dont worry if you dont come from a C# background - this isnt necessarily an issue.
