Job reference number114702Delivery Office Manager - CliftonFrom £31,789 (dependent on experience) £2,141 Allowance, plus a potential 10% bonus and 25 days annual leave.?Full timePermanentClifton Delivery Office, Southchurch Drive, Nottingham, NG11 8AAIn this key role at the frontline of our business, you?ll manage a team of both managerial and frontline staff, ensuring the operation, delivering mail to over30 million addresses in the UK, is running as efficiently as possible.About the roleAs an operational manager assuming overall accountability for the Clifton Delivery Office, you?ll lead a team of approximately 37 employees, supporting them through our exciting transformation journey. Working closely alongside trade union representatives, you?ll ensure your team understands the commercial and competitive market we are in. They?ll need to be customer focussed, open to new technology, and flexible to change. Utilising your first-rate change management experience, you?ll be responsible for safeguarding the performance of your unit; meeting budgetary targets, and ensuring quality of service for our customers, along with responsibility for the overall safety of the people you manage.You will be the prime representative for your office and actively promote customer service opportunities whilst having a strong track record of delivering performance through your personal leadership of teams in a changing operational environment.Shift Patterns: 5 days over 6 mon to Sat, 6:30 till 15:00About YouIn our operation people are our biggest asset!
