The focus of the role will be to assist senior fee earners in all types of clinicalnegligence casework. Previous experience of working within a law firm on clinical negligence cases would be ideal, however, a background in medical/healthcare or within a law firm working in another legal discipline would also be considered.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of:- Preparing, scheduling, and organising relevant documentation- Helping senior fee earners investigate and progress their cases, and- Dealing with clients both by phone or in personTo be successful in applying for such a role, you must be a team player who possesses excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively.
