They will be working as part of a team and need to be flexible & responsive.Good people skills are essential and an ability to understand own limitations and ask for advice & guidance are essential.The candidate needs to go in and hit the ground running so if they are a band 5 some experience in the specified areas are essential as well as NHS exp.Happy with full or part time - full is pref but will consider 2-3days a week alsoPotential for weekend work if the candidate wants to they are rota’d, not required as much but could be considered particularly if experienced in SpinalSomeone to slot into a pre-existing team of OTs and PTs, won’t be isolated working
