Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Management Support Agent as an integral part of our team. Working from our head office in Norwich, this role will support our Regional Sales Managers with the allocation and management of sales leads within their region. This wouldideally suit a customer focussed sales professional who is now looking to progress their career to the next level.We are introducing this new role to complement and support our Regional Sales Management team.What youll be doing

  • Allocation and management of leads to sales representatives as directed by the local Regional Sales Manager.
  • Co-ordinate Sales Representatives and geographical location to sales appointments to take place both at the prospective customers property or remotely via MS Teams.
  • Follow up with Sales Representatives on the outcome of sales appointments and update the lead management system.
  • Report results to the Regional Sales Manager as required.Meet and always exceed set targets whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Contact customers with cancelled orders, resolving any issues or concerns with the view of retaining business.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product, process, and sales information, ensuring the customers requirements are fully met.
  • When speaking to customers promote relevant offers and promotions at every opportunity.
  • Action customer requests through the application of the correct process/product knowledge and update their files as appropriate.
  • Meet and exceed Customer Service Standards by projecting a professional business approach and high levels of customer service when dealing directly with customers.
  • Ensure that all activities meet regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For
  • Appetite to work in a target orientated environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, direct selling and demanding environment.
  • It would be beneficial but not essential to have experience of coordinating teams of people/driving results through others.
  • Knowledge of Home Improvement Industry would be beneficial.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and have the ability to work to targets and deadlines in a busy sales environment.
  • A team player who has the ability to work by themselves as necessary.
  • Delivery of Excellent Customer Service.
  • Strong IT skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills in a telephone based sales environment.
  • Sales experience.
  • Flexibility, as occasionally required to work outside of normal working hours as set out in contract of employment.

  • Competitive basic salary of £27,500 with potential OTE of up to £30,500.
