Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.2. Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients.3. Conduct comprehensive audit planning, risk assessment, and budgeting.4. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, contributing to their business growth and financial performance.5. Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support as needed.6. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional client service.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting regulations, and changes in auditing standards.Requirements:1. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in an accountancy practice environment.2. Proven experience in leading and managing audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.3. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (UK GAAP) and auditing standards (ISA).4. Excellent understanding of financial reporting and statutory requirements.5. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.6. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.8. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.9.
