Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with their Norwich based client who is looking for a Rental Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate should come from a Customer Service background and be comfortable carrying out the following job duties:- Quoting and actioning short term and long term rentals. - Demonstrating a high level of customer service when dealing with incoming/outgoing calls and over the counter enquiries. - Processing invoices, rental renewals, producing new rental agreements using the Prohire Rental system. (training given)- Checking out/checking in customers onsite and arranging deliveries/collections of vehicles.Previous rental experience is not essential as full training will be given.Skills and other desired attributes:- Basic computer skills- Full UKDriving licence (essential)You may be required to carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by the Manager.This role is initially 30 hours, however 40 hours can be worked if needed. 1 Saturday to be worked every 4 weeks.Would need to be flexible for holiday cover if required.For more information, please contact Lisa Hollis @ Contract Personnel on .
