Job Description

Were looking for a talented Mechanical Integrity Engineer to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of EC&I within a plant engineering function.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.----The Role:As the Mechanical Integrity Engineer youll report to the Head of Engineering and will be primarily responsible for 4 key operational drivers: compliance (pressure systems, equipment and COMAH), EHS (loss of containment), reliability (managing deteriorationbetween inspections) & efficiency (to deliver improved reliability).In the job youll be tasked with the following:- Ensuring regulatory compliance for mechanical fixed equipment- Leading the MI programme- Developing WSOE and ensure inspections are carried out to them and other regs----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Mechanical Integrity Engineer role will have relevant experience of EC&I within a plant engineering function.Youll also need experience of working with pressure vessels, heat exchanges, centrifuges etc.Plus, its vital that youve got experience of batch manufacturing for an upper tier COMAH site.In addition, its essential that you possess a MechEng degree and working knowledge of codes of practice including DSEAR / atex, LOLER, PUWER etc, and you will need to be a good planner, well organised and capable of exercising your judgement.Does that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.This position could be right for you if you want to work as any of the following: MI Engineer, Mie or as an Integrity Engineer.----The Package:Basic salary: circa £50,000 per annum for the ideal candidateRelocation AssistanceBonus: A personal and company performance bonus is also available with the role - full details of the bonus scheme will be revealed on applicationAdditional benefits: Pension and healthcare----The Company:They are one the UKs leading manufactures of chemical products, and as a business theyve been around since 1970.----Interested If you think youre right for this Mechanical Integrity Engineer role, then click the Apply Now button, send us your CV and well consider you for the first round of interviews.IND1Coburg Banks Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
