To assist the IT Lead Technician with general IT duties and to provide practical IT assistance. To be a point of contact within the business for technical issues, supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems and provide efficient support to all businessusers. Resolve any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, which will include a broad range of queries from how to set up an email account to more in depth fault diagnosis, plus enhancing and developing the use of IT within the business. The position involvestaking on a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.
