Job Description

Insurance AdvisorNorwichOur client is currently looking for a new member to join their team based in Norwich! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance their skills and experience within a successful organisation. Our client offers excellent career progression.Main responsibilities:

  • Calculating and delivering new business premiums to brokers and also assisting with renewals
  • Telephoning/liaising with brokers
  • Processing mid-term adjustments for existing live clients/policies
  • Meeting tight deadlines and achieving KPIs which include inceptions, renewal retention, rate changes and cross-sell penetration
  • Initiate and build ongoing relationships with brokers.
    • £16,795 + £1,500 bonus (paid monthly at £125 a month)The ideal candidate:
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Hard working, organised and friendly
