You will support a wide variety of tenantsusing the services and be provided with great training across the company.This role is based in the Norwich region allowing you to collaboratewiththe wider team.We are trialling hybrid working to provide a good work/life balance, so youwillbe able to splityourtime between home and the office (suitable toyourlocation).Please note, this role is linked to the Sulfolk and Essex Office therefore occasional travel may be required to cover annual leave.For moreinformation please download our job profile available on our website.More about youThis role does involve travelling to the tenants address therefore a DBS is essential and a Full UK Driving licence is preferred. Having experience in a supportiverolepreviously will help with the transition and knowledge of housing management will be essential.To be successful in this role, it would be beneficial to have experience managing low-level anti-social behaviour and safeguarding issues.
