Job Description

EXCITING NEW HEAD OF SALES OPPORTUNITY!Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Head of Sales.Key duties include:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and monitor their performance
  • Make sure the sales team are meeting goals and KPI’s
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Help identify new leads and opportunities to expand
  • Train and coach members of the sales teams
  • Work closely with the finance team to establish budgets
Key Skills:
  • Must have 5+ years sales management experience
  • Must have experience and a track record or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in building and managing high performing sales teams
  • A degree in a relevant sector would be beneficial
